Frequently Asked Questions
What information do I need to provide for a quote?
We provide a short form to request a quote. Here you can upload rebar drawings and explain the kind of rebar you need. If you would like further assistance to determine the rebar your project needs, please call 1-888-717-bend(2363).
How long are your quotes valid?
We continually work to provide the best value for our customers so our quotes are typically valid for 30 days.
What grades of rebar do you stock?
We consistently keep everything from number 3 to number 11 in stock. Since number 14 is so large, we typically keep a smaller amount on hand but can special order more to fulfill customer orders.
Do you offer pre-assembled cages and mats?
Yes! Request a quote or give us a call at 1-888-717-bend(2363) to share more about your project’s needs.
Can you handle "rush" orders for field changes?
Rush orders for field changes are one of our specialties! We are committed to making sure you have what you need to get the job done.
How is your rebar stored prior to delivery?
We have a large warehouse where most of the rebar that we fabricate stays until it gets loaded for delivery.

What is the typical lead time for fabricated rebar?
Once approved, typically if your order is under ten tons, it generally takes a week and a half to have your order ready. If it’s over ten tons, it usually takes up to two-and-a-half weeks. Lead times can fluctuate based on a number of factors, including our current workload.
Where does Bar Benders deliver?
We deliver nationwide, coast to coast for your construction projects, large or small. We are located in the Southeast but we’ve lately delivered to customers in Utah and close to the Canadian border.
What happens if my delivery is delayed by the weather?
You as the customer would typically decide when you want the rebar again if it gets delayed because of weather. Often it’s best determined by the status of the site, how muddy things are, etc. We can work with you to determine the best plan as needed!
Do I need a crane or forklift on-site for delivery?
Yes, you do need to have a crane or forklift to unload the rebar from our truck at your site.
